Employee Spotlight!

We have a new face for this week's employee spotlight. PGA is happy to announce that one of our newest trainers was voted as this week's Leader of the Week. Elaine Abundis has been voted among her peers as the top performer during the shortened holiday week of Thanksgiving. This was Elaine's first week since her promotion to trainer, and already she is being recognized for her hard work and great attitude. "Elaine has been such a pleasure to have in the office since she joined the team" says President, Carl Uhl. "I don't think I've seen Elaine without a smile, her attitude is contagious and she is a great example of the culture and values  that we have here." Keep up the great work Elaine we are excited to have you on our leadership team. In the spirit of the season, PGA wants to announce that we are thankful for every member of our team.  Pacific Group has a bright future because of the amazing people like Elaine whose hard work and dedication make the company great!

Pacific Group Associate Sends Top Rep to Long Beach

Pacific Group Associates launched a contest on October 15th to reward the winner a trip to "Top Gun" entrepreneurial event in Long Beach, California, from November 9th - 11th. The contest rated our associates based on different qualifications based on team building and sales performance. The entire team stepped their respective games up; however, when the dust settled it was Eddie Cassidy who earned the chance to attend the event. He hit requirements 17 out of 20 days to earn the right to rub elbows with many top executives from throughout the country. The training centered around becoming effective in leadership positions in any organization. "I was really excited when I heard that we would have a chance to go to an event where I could develop and grow professionally" said Eddie after the event. "We talk a lot about our goals and what we value as a company. I am grateful to be in a place that values personal and professional development for its individuals and as a team."

Eddie got a chance to hear several influential entrepreneurs speak over the weekend. Their messages ranged from being an effective coach & public speaker, to being able to stay organized to tackle the many tasks we have throughout today while running an effective organization. After the dinner Eddie mentioned that he is "excited to get back on Monday to apply these lessons in the office day to day. I've got a lot of good stuff here, and I can't wait to use it!"

Congratulations Eddie keep up the great work we are proud of you!
