Employee Spotlight

We have another first timer! Amanda Jamison has been selected as the top leader based on her recent performance. She has really impressed everybody on the team with her tremendous student mentality. She tied the company record for completing our training program (less than 2 weeks), and has not looked back since. "The fact that she completed training so quickly really shows how much she cares and how hard she works, and it seems that she works harder now as a trainer than she did as a trainee," said Chris Rogers in regards to Amanda's work ethic. Amanda has already taken on training responsibilities in only her 4th week in the company.

Way to go Amanda! You are such a great example of our the hard work and entrepreneurial spirit we value here!

Employee Spotlight!

Don't mess with the Banana Slug! PGA announces UC Santa Cruz alumni Richard Lee has been voted as this week's Leader of the Week by his peers. Richard was actually a part of PGA's original hiring class here in Rancho just 2 months ago. "Richard has provided such a spark from day one" says President Carl Uhl. "He brings a ton of excitement and laughs to the office. But what many don't know is how much Richard does behind the scenes. He constantly educates himself by reading and developing himself as a professional, which is a behavior we truly value here."

Richard's performance certainly has not gone unnoticed especially as of late. He was actually chosen to attend last week's Ontario Reign hockey game on Wednesday by winning a week long office contest, and was also chosen by his peers to plan this Thursday's team night event. Of course he chose to go ice-skating  perhaps inspired by the great hockey he got to see last week. Awesome job Richard keep up the great work!
