SPOTLIGHT!!!

We have a first timer for Leader of the week! Madeline, aka Maddy, was voted leader of the week based on her performance last week. Maddy was a top performer in sales last week; however, what really impressed management was how quickly she has moved into a training role. "It is great to have people like Maddy who just get it" boasted President Carl Uhl. "Maddy takes more notes than any one in the office. It makes sense that she is a great trainer, she is so passionate about developing herself as a professional on a day to day basis people can't help but be motivated to step their games up as well."

Maddy has already been in charge of running all campaign meetings for an entire week. This is a great accomplishment as it is the most prestigious weekly office responsibility in the company. "She rocked it" said Manager Chris Rogers in regards to her preparation and successful meetings. Chris added that "an environment where growth is determined based on performance can be a really good thing or a really bad thing depending on the person. For someone like Maddy, it's a VERY good thing."

Way to go Maddy!

Don't mess with Maddy and Elaine at pool, they are sharks!
