MVP Back to Back!

Mad props go out to Joey for being voted again as our MVP for this week! Joey has really turned things on the past 2 weeks and his growth has not gone unnoticed as the team unanimously decided he be in the spotlight for a 2nd consecutive week. "It is great to see Joey do so well. He has really focused on bettering himself for the previous month or so and it is really starting to pay off with the sales and extra responsibility" is what his trainer, Chris Rogers, had to say about Joey's recent success. "As we prepare to open our third location we need to know we have people we can count on, and Joey is one of those people."

Way to go Joey keep it up!

SPOTLIGHT!!!

This week's employee spotlight goes out to Joey Massoud. Joey has really stepped up the past 2 weeks demonstrating a strong student mentality, work ethic, and setting the pace in sales. Based on his ability last week to take on extra responsibility of training and recruiting while maintaining strong sales, we fully expect Joey to continue his growth into a team lead in no time. We are very proud of you Joey keep it up!

SPOTLIGHT!

Adrian Martinez has been selected as this week's MVP based his recent performance. Adrian is  new comer to our employee spotlight! He consistently shows Pacific Group that his student mentality and work ethic shines out over everyone. Carl boasted "I love having people like Adrian in the company. When things get tough and he struggles, Adrian is the type of person that works harder to get things done. He's always seeking advice to grow as a professional."

Great Job Adrian, we are very proud of you!

SPOTLIGHT

Eddie has been voted again as our MVP this week. Not only did Eddie play his butt off in our 3 on 3 operation smile charity tournament where he suffered a separated shoulder in game 3, he also managed to separate himself from his peers the following week in the office. Eddie has consistently proven that he is a go to person around the office. He constantly steps up around the office and because of his hard work and student mentality Eddie has also been chosen to attend a lunch event this Saturday with President Carl Uhl in Beverly Hills. The event will be followed by a dinner cruise out of Huntington beach for him and his fiance. Way to go Eddie, keep it up!
