SPOTLIGHT!
Adrian Martinez has been selected as this week's MVP based his recent performance. Adrian is new comer to our employee spotlight! He consistently shows Pacific Group that his student mentality and work ethic shines out over everyone. Carl boasted "I love having people like Adrian in the company. When things get tough and he struggles, Adrian is the type of person that works harder to get things done. He's always seeking advice to grow as a professional."

SPOTLIGHT
Eddie has been voted again as our MVP this week. Not only did Eddie play his butt off in our 3 on 3 operation smile charity tournament where he suffered a separated shoulder in game 3, he also managed to separate himself from his peers the following week in the office. Eddie has consistently proven that he is a go to person around the office. He constantly steps up around the office and because of his hard work and student mentality Eddie has also been chosen to attend a lunch event this Saturday with President Carl Uhl in Beverly Hills. The event will be followed by a dinner cruise out of Huntington beach for him and his fiance. Way to go Eddie, keep it up!

BIG 10 SPOTLIGHT!
Nathan Hayes was voted as Pacific Group's MVP this week. Hailing from BIG 10 country, Nathan has brought a ton of energy to the office as March Madness is in full force. An avid University of Wisconsin Badger fan, Nathan did not let his team's failures in the tournament effect his own performance. Our company is running a 4 week long March Madness contest where individuals are matched up against one another to compete in various sales and team challenges. Nathan of course picked his home-town Badgers, and has not disappointed. With a victory yesterday he has clinched his spot in the PGA March Madness Final Showdown against last week's MVP, Maddie (aka San Diego State). "I'm pumped to be in the finals. I was the number one seed coming into the tournament, so I'm looking to take Maddie down and win some Tickets!" Nathan said after winning his final 4 match up vs Eddie. The winner of the tournament will get tickets to attend an Angels, Dodgers, Padres or Anaheim Ducks game on the company.
Good luck to both Maddie and Nate as they duel it out this week. And CONGRATS to Nate for being MVP last week!
Don't forget to check out our office's Harlem Shake Video, led by Nathan in his Wisconsin Badgers Snuggie!

SPOTLIGHT!
This week's spotlight goes out to Maddie Pulido. Maddie has been on fire this past week at Pacific Group, and as a result she is currently in the FINAL FOUR in our office March Madness tournament. Our March Madness tournament is an office challenge that puts two teammates up against one another. Each individual is being judged on hitting quotas for the 5 day week where the winner advances. The winner of the tournament will receive their choice of Angels, Dodgers, Padres or Ducks tickets for 2 on the company. Based on what we have been seeing, my money is on Maddie! Keep it up!

MVP Spotlight
Eddie has been voted this week's MVP for the 4th time since joining the team in October. Eddie has really been stepping up his role in the office and proving that he is a key asset to PGA. Whenever there is an opportunity to step up and help train a new consultant he is always the first to volunteer. He is able to to successfully transfer knowledge to our new representatives largely because of his exceptional student mentality. He is very competitive and constantly strives to be his best. Because of his ability to lead from the front, our team unanimously voted Eddie as our MVP this week. Congratulations Eddie! Your motivation and student mentality is not going unnoticed.

SPOTLIGHT!!!
We have a first timer for Leader of the week! Madeline, aka Maddy, was voted leader of the week based on her performance last week. Maddy was a top performer in sales last week; however, what really impressed management was how quickly she has moved into a training role. "It is great to have people like Maddy who just get it" boasted President Carl Uhl. "Maddy takes more notes than any one in the office. It makes sense that she is a great trainer, she is so passionate about developing herself as a professional on a day to day basis people can't help but be motivated to step their games up as well."
Maddy has already been in charge of running all campaign meetings for an entire week. This is a great accomplishment as it is the most prestigious weekly office responsibility in the company. "She rocked it" said Manager Chris Rogers in regards to her preparation and successful meetings. Chris added that "an environment where growth is determined based on performance can be a really good thing or a really bad thing depending on the person. For someone like Maddy, it's a VERY good thing."
Way to go Maddy!
